Together with the Talent Acquisition Team you inspire candidates for the Exyte Continental Europe (Germany, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Italy and Poland).
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Active sourcing for national and international candidates in various networks
- Building and maintaining a strong network of passive and active candidates
- Conducting prescreening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience and suitability
- Close coopoeration with the Talent Acquisition team to implement the sourcing strategy
- Conduct market research and analyze information on industry trends, market conditions and competitors to develop appropriate sourcing strategies
Show your expertise
- A successfully completed degree or commercial apprenticeship
- At least three - five years of professional experience in the field of recruiting
- Knowledge of trends in the recruiting market
- Passion for recruiting and a certain hands-on mentality
- Experience with MS Office, MS Teams and ideally also with SAP Success Factors
- Business fluent communication in German and English
- Team spirit and a positive attitude
