Together with the Talent Acquisition Team you inspire candidates for the Exyte Continental Europe (Germany, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Italy and Poland).

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Active sourcing for national and international candidates in various networks
  • Building and maintaining a strong network of passive and active candidates
  • Conducting prescreening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience and suitability
  • Close coopoeration with the Talent Acquisition team to implement the sourcing strategy
  • Conduct market research and analyze information on industry trends, market conditions and competitors to develop appropriate sourcing strategies

Show your expertise

  • A successfully completed degree or commercial apprenticeship
  • At least three - five years of professional experience in the field of recruiting 
  • Knowledge of trends in the recruiting market 
  • Passion for recruiting and a certain hands-on mentality 
  • Experience with MS Office, MS Teams and ideally also with SAP Success Factors 
  • Business fluent communication in German and English 
  • Team spirit and a positive attitude
