As an  Administrator Reception (m/f/d), you are often the first point of contact for customers with our company - and as a communicative contact person, you make a major contribution to representing us to customers and service providers and shaping our external image.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Supporting colleagues with day-to-day enquiries relating to the office locations in Stuttgart and other locations in Germany 
  • Processing incoming calls and coordinating and forwarding enquiries
  • Assisting customers and suppliers with access to the Exyte buildings and orientation in the offices 
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new colleagues during their first days in the office (welcoming, issuing employee ID cards and/or keys)
  • Continuous administration of the electronic access systems throughout Germany
  • Independent processing of the FM ticket system
  • Organizing janitorial activities and independent management of the conference rooms
  • Supporting fleet management with the handover and return of leased vehicles
  • Supporting facility management in monitoring storage capacities and coordinating external companies
  • Receiving of courier and postal deliveries

Show your expertise

  • Completed training in a commercial profession or comparable qualification; experience in the reception area is desirable
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (e.g. Teams, SharePoint)
  • Independent, responsible and structured way of working
  • Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a variety of activities according to importance
  • Flexibility, strong ability to work in a team, good interpersonal skills, communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
  • Very good written and spoken German, good knowledge of English
