We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Vice President HR as a Business Partner to join our international team. The Vice President HR as a Business Partner for our largest business Advanced Technology Facilities (ATF) will partner with senior leaders across Exyte’s global ATF business to provide strategic HR leadership aligned with the company's growth objectives in advanced industries such as semiconductors and data centres. This leader will develop people strategies that drive performance, leadership development, workforce optimization, and an inclusive organizational culture, enabling the business unit's operational excellence.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Define and implement global HR strategies that align with ATF's business objectives and support the growth of Exyte's advanced technology projects globally
- Foster a culture of leadership across the ATF organization and support the growth of leadership capabilities to ensure a strong talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs
- Lead succession planning, development, and retention strategies, including performance management, and employee engagement
- Use digital tools and data to work with data analytics to measure and optimize success with KPIs
- Collaborate with the president and senior leadership of ATF to guide business growth and transformation projects, providing insights into organizational design, workforce planning and HR implications of operational changes
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction and productivity, ensuring Exyte remains an employer of choice in our technology and the engineering sector
- Ensure that diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives are embedded in all HR strategies to build an inclusive culture that attracts and retains top talent globally
- Oversee the implementation of performance management systems and compensation programmes that align with Exyte’s objectives while remaining competitive within the marketplace
- Collaborate closely within the global HR leadership team other business units to support the integration of HR solutions across regions, ensuring alignment with Exyte's global HR policies, ethics, and best practices
Show your expertise
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is required
- Proven experience in global HR leadership roles, preferably within technology, engineering, or large-scale infrastructure sectors
- Proven track record in leading with KPIs and technology-supported HR strategies, in talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, organizational design and working successful within matrix organizations
- Experience in leading HR efforts through organizational change, particularly in large-scale project-driven environments
- Strong background in talent management, leadership development, and performance management
- Experience leading matrix organizations and diverse Teams and driving organizational transformation initiatives
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders
- Strong leadership with a high level of intercultural competence and the ability to make things happen at highest company levels
