With our Graduate Trainee Program we offer an exciting 18-month development journey in our Project Control department as well as rotations in the interfacing business areas.

The goal of this program is to impart technical and process-related know-how as well as to apply and integrate what has been learned within our ongoing global projects. This will give you the opportunity to learn about our core business first-hand, as well as to experience our company values while it is executed. We also offer the opportunity to actively exchange with mentors and colleagues and support your continuous learning process, including with regards to your career-relevant soft skills.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Creating Project Control processes and guiding the Commercial Project Management (CPM) community to integrate the new procedures during the project execution
• Ensuring the best planning practice in accordance to corporate procedures are implemented during the early stage of the project to satisfy the project requirements
• Supporting the roll out of the estimating software and the development & implementation of the estimating processes
• Cost control for designated project: Timely and regular preparation and tracking of project forecast and internal business reports
• Checking the formal aspects on all project documents according to specification and client requirements
• Supporting the implementation of our progress measurement tool and increasing transparency in performance evaluation and estimate to complete

Show your expertise

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or comparable training
• Knowledge in cost control, planning and accounting preferred
• Knowledge of Engineering and Construction projects preferred
• Fluent in English and German nice to have
• Professional of the Microsoft product range
• Structured and reliable way of working
• Ability to communicate and work in a team
• Problem solving & decision making skills
• Takes initiative, open-minded for changes and new ideas
