Leading and coordinating (disciplinary and professional) a team of Document Controllers

Filing, organisation, compilation and coordination of electronic data and documents during its whole lifecycle

Coordinating project-specific documentation to be provided to the client, as well as tracking deadlines
-
Organising and demanding the timely compilation and delivery (by default) of contractually agreed documents
-
Maintaining, spot check, report and updating metadata in electronic document systems
-
Participating and plan coordination meetings regarding documentation and related processes with all relevant parties

Specify and train project-specific requirements

Create and deliver data for evaluations on the status of documentation progress

Setting up systems and related procedures/processes for Projects

Clarifying on Document Control issues and being “Gate keeper” of Document Control rules and procedures
Show your expertise

Successfully completed technical/commercial study or apprenticeship
-
Very good knowledge of all tasks of a document controller and several year’s experience in performing these tasks

Good knowledge of documentation systems commonly used in the market and by customers
-
Structured and reliable way of working

Ability to communicate and work in/to lead a team
-
Balancing nature and the ability to steer different opinions in a harmonized direction
-
Ability to take initiative, make decisions and follow up on them

High IT affinity and confident use of the Microsoft product range

Fluency in English and German
-
Willingness to travel
