Solution Architect Network (m/f/d)

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as a Solution Architect Network (m/f/d).
In this role, you will play a key role in  leading and supporting enterprise architecture activities focused on the development and management of a diverse portfolio of infrastructure solutions, with a primary emphasis on Network services.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to solution architecture initiatives, ensuring that Network services align with overarching business goals and objectives.
• Create and design Network solutions, including LAN, WAN, WiFi, firewalls, VPNs, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), SD-WAN, cloud networking (e.g. based on Microsoft Azure), and load balancing.
• Continuously analyze and design the target Network architecture landscape, considering business goals, strategies, and processes, as well as the business applications and technology landscape.
• Develop a detailed roadmap for the evolution of the Network enterprise solution portfolio, aligning with solution architecture guidelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements, and translate them into strategic Network solutions that support business capabilities and value streams.
   

Show your expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience as a Solution Architect or Network Architect, with a focus on designing and implementing complex 
• Good Knowledge of Network technologies, protocols, and architectures, including LAN, WAN, WiFi, firewalls,(e.g., Routing, Switching, Access Points, ExtremeCloud A3).
• Good Knowledge of experience with Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions (e.g., Zscaler, Netskope, Palo Alto) and SD-WAN solutions (e.g., CATO, VeloCloud).
• Microsoft Azure certification or formal training is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in English, German language skills preferred
