We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as a Solution Adoption Manager for Collaboration Tools (m/f/d).The Solution Adoption Manager for Collaboration Tools plays a key role in improving the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and optimising the adoption and proficiency of collaboration tools within our organisation. As the Solution Adoption Manager for Collaboration Tools, you will be responsible for strategising, implementing and refining innovative techniques to drive employee digital dexterity and maximise the use of our collaboration solutions. 
 

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital adoption strategy tailored specifically for collaboration tools services
  • Manage the entire digital adoption lifecycle, from assessing needs and developing use cases to designing impactful in-app guidance within the collaboration tools e.g.  DocuSign, SharePoint, Jira, Webshop, Website, MS Power Platform,  Emplify  across the organization
  • Continuously measure and publish reports on application adoption and proficiency, iterating as necessary to improve business outcomes
  • Assess the impact of adoption across all related services and facilitate change requirements to ensure a seamless transition
  • Foster effective communication with internal stakeholders, including Collaboration and Communication Departments, as well as external partners, to ensure a smooth adoption experience
  • Monitor content and workflow usage to adapt to changes in collaboration software and business processes, ensuring continued effectiveness

 

Show your expertise

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing digital adoption strategies, preferably in the area of collaboration tools or similar technologies. (i.e. DocuSign, SharePoint, Jira, Webshop, Website, MS Power Platform, Emplify, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Knowledge of collaboration and content management with a focus on collaboration tool services and SharePoint solutions (i.e. document management, team sites, intranet portals, enterprise search).
  • Ability to analyse user requirements, identify pain points and design user-centric solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Proficiency in English, German language skills preferred
