Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Digital Workplace adoption strategy
• Manage the entire Digital Workplace adoption lifecycle, from needs assessment to continuous improvement
• Identify and manage the implementation of digital adoption solution projects
• Ensure new applications and services are launched with and supported by Digital Workplace
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT infrastructure, applications, security, and business units, to ensure alignment of digital workplace services with organisational goals and objectives
• Represent the technical delivery of Digital Workplace services across the organisation

Show your expertise

• Bechalor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
• Many years of experience in Digital Workplace and its implementation
• Technical knowledge of digital workplace technologies
• Experience managing and supporting Microsoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, Teams and other cloud-based services.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and strategic approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Ability to adapt to change and embrace innovation, with a continuous improvement mindset
• Proficiency in English expected, German language skills desirable
