Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, design, implementation and maintenance of digital workplace services and solutions
  • Define and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Digital Workplace services
  • Develop and implement incident management, problem management, change management and service request management processes and procedures for Digital Workplace services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT infrastructure, applications, security, and business units, to ensure alignment of digital workplace services with organisational goals and objectives
  • Manage vendor and service provider relationships, including contract negotiation, performance evaluation and escalation management
  • Develop and deliver training programmes and materials to promote user adoption and proficiency with digital workplace tools and technologies
  • Prepare and present reports, metrics and analysis to stakeholders to demonstrate the effectiveness and value of Digital Workplace services
  • Represent the technical delivery of Digital Workplace services across the organisation

Show your expertise

  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
  • Proven experience in IT Service Management with a focus on Windows 10, digital workplace services and solutions
  • Strong technical knowledge of digital workplace technologies, including but not limited to collaboration platforms, productivity tools, mobility solutions, and endpoint management
  • Experience managing and supporting Microsoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, Teams and other cloud-based services
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Solid understanding of the ITIL framework and IT Service Management best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a proactive and strategic approach to identifying and resolving issues
  • Experience of vendor management, contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
  • Ability to adapt to change and embrace innovation, with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Proficiency in English, German language skills preferred
