We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Solution Architect Applications (m/f/d) to join our great team. 
The Senior Solution Architect Applications takes a proactive and comprehensive approach in leading and supporting enterprise architecture (EA) activities focused on developing and managing a portfolio of application and infrastructure solutions tailored for Exyte. This role operates within the framework of enterprise architecture principles, rules, and guidelines to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Lead and support solution architecture activities related to application and infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles and guidelines
• Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint, aligning with business objectives and documenting Exyte's solution architecture design
• Continuously analyze and design the target technology landscape architecture, ensuring alignment with the business applications landscape and enterprise architecture
• Develop a detailed roadmap for the evolution of the enterprise solution portfolio, considering current and future states defined by the Enterprise Architecture
• Work collaboratively with the Enterprise Architecture Team to establish an Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) framework and implement it during the shaping of Solution Architecture for Exyte's Application Landscape
• Support smooth Change Management for Solution Architecture, overseeing the transition from Demand Management through project execution into operations, managing the full cycle development process for regional and global IT projects
• Teamlead and guide IT personnel globally and regionally in the functional area for development and integration projects, providing architectural guidance and direction

Show your expertise

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Experience in a leadership role in enterprise architecture with a focus on application and infrastructure solutions
• Knowledge and understanding of SAP and non-SAP, Microsoft and Azure Services
• Minimum 5 years experience of SAP implementations in complex environments
• Many years of experience in IT solution development disciplines, including technical or infrastructure architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management or cloud development.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in English, German language skills preferred
