We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Service Manager - Business Applications (m/f/d) to join our great team. As the Senior Service Manager - Business Applications, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of essential business application technologies such as DocuSign, SharePoint, Jira, Webshop platforms, Websites, and MS Power BI.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Service Managers and specialists in various Business Applications domains such as DocuSign, SharePoint, Jira, Webshop platforms, Websites, and MS Power BI.etc.
  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for business application service delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities
  • Ensure effective delivery of services, including adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and service level agreements
  • Monitor service performance and key performance indicators, proactively identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Continuously evaluate service delivery processes and practices to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practice
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs, priorities, and challenges related to Business Applications services

 

Show your expertise

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology ,Business Administration or related field 
  • Proven experience in leading and managing service delivery teams within Business Applications domains
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in business applications service delivery, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
  • Experience in implementing and supporting non-SAP applications and technologies
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in English, German language skills preferred
