Together with the Talent Acquisition Team you inspire candidates for the Exyte Continental Europe (Germany, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Italy and Poland).

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• 360 degree recruiting in a dynamic, fast growing international company

• Professional support and advice to our specialist departments on all recruitment issues

• End-to-end recruiting using various active sourcing tools

• Conducting interviews (face-to-face and virtual)

• Participation in personnel marketing activities

• Management and monitoring of external partners

• Competent support of candidates in the candidate experience journey

Show your expertise

• A successfully completed degree or commercial apprenticeship

• At least three - five years of professional experience in the field of recruiting 

• Knowledge of trends in the recruiting market 

• Passion for recruiting and a certain hands-on mentality 

• Experience with MS Office, MS Teams and ideally also with SAP Success Factors 

• Business fluent communication in German and English 

• Team spirit and a positive attitude
