Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Accountable for overall EPC project performance, including but not limited to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), Financial, Schedule and Quality performance and construction for large EPC projects in the biopharma and life sciences industry

• End to End responsibility from conceptual design to end of Operational Qualification (OQ)

• Highest escalation level within the project to client, contractor and the project team

• Develop and keep good communication and relationship with the Client

• Report the project status to the company management as per corporate procedures

• Lead the project risk identification and mitigation plan development process

• Ensure corporate procedures, standards and guidelines are followed within the project disciplines (Project Management, Project Engineering & Design Manager, Project Commercial Manager, Project Site Manager / Construction Management)

• Define project strategies to achieve the project goals externally and internally

• Be a visible, positive and encouraging example influence for the project team members, both internally and externally. Provide guidance and motiviation to the team

Show your expertise

• Master Degree in Engineering or related field preferred

• Several years of experience in project management in the related industries (biopharma or life sciences), and EPC project management experience

• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in German and in English

• Detailed knowledge in project execution and coordination

• Good communication and motivation skills

• PMI certification advantage
