We are looking for a proactive Senior Experts HR Projects (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team in Stuttgart. The Senior Experts HR Projects (m/f/d) leads and manages global HR projects from initiation to completion. This role involves overseeing the implementation of S4 Hana, enhancements to SuccessFactors, and various system optimizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, HR systems, and change management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex HR projects from initiation to completion, including S4 Hana implementation, SuccessFactors enhancements, and system optimizations
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Communicate project status, updates, and any issues to stakeholders at various levels of the organization
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and best practices
  • Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new systems and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to ensure successful project execution
  • Continuously evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for future improvements and optimizations

Show your expertise

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a comparable professional education
  • Proven experience in the field of HR-IT, ideally as a Product Owner or in a similar role
  • Proven track record in project management, particularly in HR systems implementations, preferably within international project teams
  • Proven track record of managing global HR-IT projects, such as global SAP SuccessFactors implementation/enhancements
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project).
  • Process-oriented and analytical thinking paired with the personal maturity to handle high-level responsibilities
  • Proficiency in English, German language skills preferred.
