Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• In this position you are responsible for the procurement of staffing services - for the main organisation in Stuttgart and for the Europe-wide projects
• You will be responsible for setting up and onboarding new suppliers and further developing the existing supplier management system
• The execution of tenders and contract negotiations (framework agreements, service- and work contracts) are also a part of your duties as the creation of purchase orders, accounts payable management and invoice verification
• In this position, you will be an important interface both with the external personnel departments for employee leasing as well as with the various internal specialist departments and project managers

Show your expertise

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship - ideally in the field of staffing services
• You have at least three years of professional experience in the relevant field of work and ideally come from a plant engineering environment
• You are fluent in German and English and have advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office
• You enjoy taking responsibility for complex tasks and projects and appreciate a process-oriented flexible way of working
• You are able to remain calm even under great stress and still act in a customer-oriented manner
• You are a good networker and enjoy working in teams
• You bring a willingness to always learn new things and to act flexibly in achieving goals
