Lead Engineer Building Management Systems (m/f/d)

As a strong communicator, you will lead the planning and design of building automation and work with your team to develop complex, application-specific solutions in the field of building automation and digitalization, primarily in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.
You have experience in planning BMS/EMS systems for regulated cleanroom environments.
In addition, you are responsible for procurement (tendering and awarding) as well as supplier management and quality assurance of these services.
You are interested in modern building technology and highly IT and automation concepts for control and regulation.
As a leader, you know how to motivate your employees on a daily basis and to develop solutions in a team with your colleagues from various engineering disciplines.

Independent project management of building automation in varying projects

Planning of building automation with focus on Building Management /Environmental Monitoring Systems (BMS/EMS) for production buildings

Planning and design of systems in all engineering project phases (concept, basic, detail engineering)

Drafting of technical specifications and planning documents

Planning of project budgets in cooperation with the purchasing department

Supplier selection and coordination in the project
Show your expertise

Successfully completed technical studies in the field of automation technology, electrical engineering, technical computer science or a comparable qualification

Experience in plant project planning in the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage

Subproject and project management know-how

Very good knowledge of network infrastructures, network configurations, network protocols (including switching, routing, wireless networks), database technologies and intelligent data processing

Good knowledge of building automation bus systems (e.g. BACnet, Profinet, Profibus) as well as planning tools

Of advantage: Siemens IT Simatik family (PCS7, WinCC, Desigo etc.)

Very good communication skills and ability to cooperate

Very good knowledge of German (at least C1)

Good knowledge of English (B2) is an advantage
