We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Product Manager (Communications) (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team in Stuttgart. As an IT Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our product vision, ensuring alignment with our company’s strategic goals and customer needs. Your expertise in managing IT services and collaborating with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering high-quality products.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Maintain and operate all product-related Business and/or IT Services, including availability and capacity management
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from service delivery to operations, ensuring compliance with SLAs and budget constraints
• Define and manage product roadmaps in alignment with business objectives and IT strategies
• Work closely with product teams to ensure a clear understanding of the product vision, guiding the design of features that meet our partners’ needs
• Maintain a deep understanding of market and industry trends, acting as the key stakeholder for product development
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into service requirements

Show your expertise

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar product management role with a strong background in Agile methodologies/frameworks
• Proven experience of managing the full product development lifecycle from conception to launch
• Strong knowledge of M365 SharePoint to support various business solutions, including our intranet
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform, including flows and PowerApps, to support various business solutions. Experience with website management, specifically Sitecore, is a plus
• Experience in managing and onboarding applications as part of our collaboration and communication portfolio
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Fluency in English; German language skills preferred
