We are looking for an Expert IT Solution Architect (Procurement) (m/f/d) in Stuttgart to drive innovation and ensure the alignment of technical solutions with our strategic objectives. This role serves as a critical link between technical teams and stakeholders, focusing on optimizing procurement systems and processes to meet business needs.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise for product development, implementation, and enhancement projects within the procurement domain
• Customize system environments and templates to optimize procurement processes and workflows
• Evaluate, recommend and implement new technologies to streamline procurement operations and enhance efficiency
• Conducted system analyses and prepared detailed reports, including findings and actionable recommendations
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for technical solutions
• Design and deliver training programs for internal teams and external users on new tools and system updates
• Identify and manage technical risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

Show your expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in technical consulting, software development, or a similar area
• Proficiency in relevant technologies and platforms, such as ERP systems, procurement software, and integration tools
• Strong understanding of procurement and IT processes, including vendor management and supply chain optimization
• Demonstrated experience in project management, team leadership, and driving cross-functional collaboration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
• Fluency in English and German is required
