We are looking for an experienced Expert, HR-IT specializing in the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Module to join our dynamic team. The Expert, HR-IT, will play a key role in the strategic and operational development of our SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Module, ensuring its optimal performance and continuous improvement. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide global-scale solutions and services, contributing significantly to our innovative HR-IT strategy.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Contribute to the strategic vision and operational development of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Module
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap for the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Module and prioritize the product backlog based on business needs and strategic goals
  • Independently manage and continuous improvement of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Module
  • Coordinate and conduct comprehensive tests to ensure the quality and performance of the SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Provide support and training to users, as well as support for technical and functional questions
  • Collaborate with the Technical Product Owner and the Global HR Center of Excellence to analyze business needs and define technical requirements
     

Show your expertise

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a comparable professional education
  • Proven experience in HR-IT with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in the Recruiting Module
  • Proven track record in project management, particularly in HR system implementations, preferably within international project teams
  • Good knowledge of SuccessFactors, particularly in the Recruiting Module; familiarity with other modules such as Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Succession is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Process-oriented and analytical thinking paired with the personal maturity to handle high-level responsibilities
  • Proficiency in English, German language skills preferred
