As a global mobility specialist in the HR department, you are the main point of contact for an employee going on an international assignment, for any matters relating to his/her international move. You ensure that assignees thrive in their international assignments - before, during and after the move. The position requires presence in Stuttgart.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Lead on complex regional relocations and local hires
  • Be first point of contact for HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance and Project leaders on all cross border queries and ensure all assignments are managed in a tax efficient way
  • Provide business with detailed assignment cost projections
  • Manage regional relationship with global tax provider
  • Advise the business on changes to tax and immigration legislation
  • Manage all assignment and business travel related compliance
  • Ensure all available tax reliefs applications are in place
  • Collaborate with HR to manage assignee lifecycle
  • Collaborate with internal and external Payroll team to manage and approve all shadow payroll
  • Assist HR with all host country registrations and de-registrations to include all tax registrations as required
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of data related to global mobility initiatives, including budget tracking, cost projections, and metrics on relocation success.
