We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR-IT Expert for HR Systems, specializing in the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Module.

The HR-IT Expert for HR Systems, will play a crucial role in the strategic and operational development of the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Module. This position requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Contribute to the strategic vision and operational development of the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Module
  • Lead project planning and management efforts for the digitization of the global performance and bonus process
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap for the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Module and prioritize the product backlog based on business needs and strategic goals
  • Oversee the implementation of new modules and the continuous improvement of existing modules
  • Coordinate and conduct comprehensive tests to ensure the quality and performance of the SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Provide support and training to users, as well as support for technical and functional questions.Collaborate with the Technical Product Owner and the Global HR Center of Excellence to analyze business needs and define technical requirements.

Show your expertise

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a comparable professional education
  • Proven professional experience in the field of HR-IT, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in the Compensation Module
  • Proficiency in project management, particularly in HR system implementations, preferably in international project teams
  • Strong process understanding in advanced compensation topics (merit, bonus, etc.)
  • Process-oriented and analytical thinking paired with the personal maturity to handle high-level responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English, German language skills preferred
