Cutover Manager SAP & non SAP (m/f/d)

We are looking for a proactive Cutover Manager SAP (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team in Stuttgart. The Cutover Manager SAP plays a key role in orchestrating the cutover process during the migration of SAP or non-SAP systems, applications and data from legacy environments to new S/4HANA platforms. 

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive cutover plans for the migration to S/4HANA
  • Manage the execution of cutover activities, including data migration, system configuration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Coordinate system shutdowns, data transfers, and application validations to ensure a smooth transition from old to new systems.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for cutover activities.
  • Monitor cutover progress in real-time, tracking key metrics and milestones to identify any deviations from the plan.
  • Ensure clear communication and coordination among all stakeholders throughout the cutover phase.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
  • Provide post-go-live support to address any issues that arise during the stabilization period.

Show your expertise

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, System Analysis, or a related field
  • Strong technical experience in managing SAP cutover processes, preferably in an S/4HANA environment
  • Deep understanding of SAP systems, data migration methodologies, and project management principles
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate complex migration projects
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Technology or Application Associate/Specialist, SAP Certified Development) is preferred
  • Proficiency in English; German language skills are preferred
