Join our dynamic Commercial Management team as Claim/Contract Manager (m/f/d) and support our fast-growing and exciting projects.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Managing and controlling the change order process towards clients and subcontracts

• Preparation of change orders respectively claims based on the prime contract of the project

• Identifying potential changes of project scope during the project progress

• Defending the project against claims of subcontractors

• Preparation of required correspondence in time

• Supporting legal department and external lawyers for court cases

• Administration of the company tools foreseen for claim management

• Evaluation of potential claims risks regarding cost, time and probability 

• Point of contact for Head Office, financial and internal audits

Show your expertise

• Basic technical understanding of plant construction

• 5-10 years of professional experience in claim management

• Good knowledge of contract law (HGB, BGB, international)

• Very good PC skills in MS Office

• Business fluent in German and English

• Willingness to travel

• Negotiation skills, both written and oral

• Strong persuasive and assertive skills
