Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Assuming leadership as a technical or subproject manager in high / steel and engineering construction, for the technical planning and implementation of steel and spatial structures in building construction, from planning, through procurement and construction to commissioning 
• Creation of structural engineering concepts in the design stage and coordination of project interfaces 
• Tendering, awarding, and invoicing of construction services within the area of responsibility, including preparation and handover of documentation 
• Schedule, cost, and quality control  
• Proactive, project-related opportunity/risk management and supplement management with claim/anti-claim management 
• Coordinate and monitor engineering, services of external service providers and subcontractors, check invoices incl. documentation 
• Active communication of all project issues to the stakeholders in the responsible project area 
• Collaborate in an interdisciplinary team to design and implement customer requirements, assist in technical clarification with cross-trade departments 

Show your expertise

• Completed degree in civil engineering and project experience in industrial, high, steel and/or engineering construction. 
• If possible, several years of professional experience in planning and construction (HOAI-LPH 1-8), career starters (m/f/d) are also welcome 
• Good knowledge of building and planning law, the recognized rules of technology as well as the German Civil Code (BGB), HOAI, VOB, etc. 
• Knowledge of standard software (Office) and CAD applications (AutoCad, Revit) ideally also in 3D modeling for the creation of BIM models 
• Enjoy creative, conceptual work 
• Independent, structured way of working with quality awareness and team spirit 
• Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken 
• Project-related willingness to travel
