Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Management and coordination of the external payroll service provider for a defined scope of support consisting of selected legal entities in Europe
- Checking and approving monthly payroll results and year-end reports
- Ensuring the quality and timeliness of data entries and data exchange with the external payroll service provider
- Internal contact person for all questions relating to payroll and tax matters in the respective region
- Collaboration in HR projects, e.g. for process and system optimization
Show your expertise
- At least 5 years payroll experience in one or multiple countries in Europe
- Experience in managing external payroll service providers
- Successfully completed commercial training or studies
- Tax and social security knowledge in one or multiple countries in Europe (we offer support / training for country-specific knowledge at the start)
- Knowledge of payroll for employees on cross-border assignments and global assignments
- Confident communication in English, other languages an advantage
- Independent, structured and team-orientated way of working and interest in working in a dynamic environment with a hands-on mentality
