As a (Senior) Expert Global Mobility, you will shape and execute our international assignment strategy. This includes setting up frameworks for international moves while ensuring compliance with tax, immigration, social security, and labor laws in both home and host countries.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

 

  • Create and maintain competitive global mobility policies that comply with immigration, tax, and labor laws.
  • Manage compliance with global mobility regulations and mitigate potential risks related to immigration and non-compliance.
  • Oversee external vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure high-quality, cost-effective services.
  • Work with HR, legal, finance, and talent acquisition to align mobility practices with business goals.
  • Collect and analyze mobility data for budgeting, cost projections, and process optimization.

Show your expertise

 

  • Over 8 years in global mobility, with a proven track record of managing international assignments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Extensive understanding of immigration, taxation, and labor laws for international assignments.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and global mobility management tools, plus basic payroll understanding.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, with high cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
  • Strong business acumen, efficient process management, and ability to confront and resolve conflicts effectively.
