(Senior) Expert Global Compensation (m/f/d)

As a Senior Expert Global Compensation, you will serve as a key partner to the Senior Vice President Corporate HR. Your role involves direct collaboration with the SVP Corporate HR on HR matters for Top Executives, focusing on areas such as contracting, KPI management, target setting, bonus payout calculation, and system maintenance. You will lead the design and implementation of high-impact incentive programs for senior leadership to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Additionally, you will work strategically with the Corporate Compensation team to support annual bonus reviews for Top Executives. Your strong written and analytical skills, along with your in-depth market knowledge, will guide HR colleagues and the SVP Corporate HR on best practices in Top Executive Reward programs. Fluency in German is required.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

 

  • Partner with Top Executives to design and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages, including bonus structures aligned with business goals. Support with executive employment agreements.
  • Stay ahead of legal and regulatory changes impacting compensation and benefits. Advise C-Suite and leadership on compliance strategies for contracts, bonus programs, Hypotax, and Shadow Payroll. Mitigate risks and ensure adherence to all standards.
  • Provide hands-on guidance to HR on compensation matters, including managing budgets, crafting clear communication for bonus programs, and policy changes. Analyze policy impact on workforce dynamics and equip HR to support Top Executives' talent management goals.
  • Assess and understand unique regional needs, design tailored compensation and benefits solutions, and manage relationships with external vendors providing services related to compensation and benefits.
  • Integrate new employees, align compensation and benefits structures following mergers or acquisitions, and evaluate and implement new HR technologies for efficient management of compensation and benefits functions.

Show your expertise

 

  • 8-10 years of Senior HRBP/CB experience, with a focus on supporting Top Executives.
  • Master’s degree in Business, Law, HR, or related fields.
  • Extensive experience in a multinational work environment, coupled with specialized expertise in managing Hypotax and Shadow Payroll processes.
  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks impacting compensation and benefits.
  • Exceptional written and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively. German is required.
