  • Overall control and responsibility for the designated project
  • To establish, monitor and update all Project plans, budgets, programmes and resources requirements

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • To establish the Project tendering procedures and conditions, structuring of contract packages and appointment, administration and payment of all subcontractors and suppliers
  • To identify, report and update the Contract changes and modifications to the relevant parties
  • To coordinate all Project support and development of Project staff
  • To ensure the quality of works delivered is in accordance with the design and QA/QC Plan

Show your expertise

  • Degree in Construction Management or related discipline
  • At least 10 years of experience in relevant fields such as Biopharmaceutical, Life Science projects
