• To support established and create innovative VDC initiatives leveraged by project teams and Off-Site Manufacturing (OSM), supporting model-based project management, process workflows, and construction technology deployment for Exyte.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Primary management support for project BIM Coordinators, and project management in preparations and delivery of project presentations, proposal materials, project interviews, project scope, Owner Agreements
• Helps facilitates BIM/VDC training program by hosting, developing, and teaching; including webinars, internal technology deployments
• Works with other VDC personnel and project personnel in addressing workflow, software, or training related issues on projects.
• Leads the weekly Clash Detection meetings, dispositioning all clashes and elevating non-resolved issues to the Space Manager and Design Manager as needed for resolution
• Participates in weekly Space Management, Leads, and Design Review meetings as needed
• Responsible for Tracking Model Quality, Issues and Clashes in a BIM Project
• Coordinate with subcontractor’s BIM Manager/Coordinator to ensure the weekly progress models are updated
• Primary point of contact for production software related issues and troubleshooting
• Lead the implementation of technology in projects and with the OSM (off site manufacturing)
• Provide guidance and support with contract language for BIM scopes; develop preconstruction subcontractor procurement templates and exhibits for BIM/VDC buyout
• Oversee that each project is utilizing the Project VDC Execution Plan and adhering to the project’s contractual requirements

Show your expertise

• Minimum 3 years of DC experience
• Minimum 7 years of BIM experience in a related role
• Experience dealing with multi-discipline design teams
• 2+ years experience in Asia (NEA or SEA)
