To assist the Project Manager for the following activities but not limited to:
Participate proactivity in Exyte Incident Free Workplace (IFW) programme
Support day-to-day project management, construction and turn-over activities
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
Prepare presentations for Client, Management, etc
Lead meetings on project Manager’s behalf
Assist on project statutory requirements & authority submission
Assist on project administration
Participate, conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update the progress of work.
Ensure that submittals are obtained, reviewed, and approved, and that materials and equipment are released for fabrication in time for delivery as required
Assist on establishing, monitoring, checking and updating Project plans, budgets, programmes and resources requirements

Previous Project experiences e.g Biopharmaceutical & Life Sciences
Industrial construction projects involving disciplines such as Piping, Electrical, Mechanical & Structures
