Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Further development and implementation of quality management according to DIN EN 9001 with a focus on product and supplier quality:

• Ensuring that quality management and quality assurance make a considerable contribution to the company's success
  • Processing of complaints according to 8D and preparation of reports
  • Development and implementation of improvement projects according to PDCA (Plan Do Check Act)
  • Process analysis, application of metrics (KPIs) in the recording and optimization according to lean principles as well as documentation of processes
• Preparation and project-accompanying implementation of project-specific quality plans in large-scale projects in high-tech plant engineering, e.g. the semiconductor industry
• Contact person for customers and suppliers regarding quality plans, audits, action plans, complaints and acceptances
• Further development and ensuring compliance with quality standards in a global manufacturing network, with locations in Europe, Asia and America

Show your expertise

• Successfully completed technically oriented university degree, e.g. in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in comparable positions in quality management at a plant manufacturer or technology-oriented company
• Proven expertise and success in the implementation of effective quality management in the context of technically demanding products and projects
• Passionate about technical issues
• Proficiency in German and English language with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to solve constantly evolving problems
• Performance-oriented personality with high level of communication skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and IT applications, e.g. CAQ system Babtec
• Willing and able to travel occasionally
