Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• You will supervise production to ensure the effective and high-quality manufacture of cleanroom products for the semiconductor industry
• You create and adapt test protocols and work instructions for technical changes
• You will support quality assurance in analyzing complaints from a technical perspective
• You support the series introduction of new developments
• You will be responsible for keeping product parts lists (BOM) up to date and maintaining them for systems and spare parts
• You coordinate product changes with customers and suppliers
• You manage the documentation of product changes to systems and spare parts throughout the entire product life cycle
• You maintain and adapt product documentation
• You take over the claim management for series products
• You support the sales department with detailed technical questions
• You will be responsible for compiling the documentation for declarations of conformity
• You support the preparation of quotations for services and the spare parts business

Show your expertise

• You have successfully completed a technical degree or training as a state-certified technician, ideally in the fields of mechatronics or mechanical engineering
• You have experience in product support and development
• Your ability to define, prioritize and follow up on tasks will be crucial to manage the complexity of your new responsibilities
• You are a team player with strong communication skills and have experience in dealing with customers and suppliers
• Your are fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• You are willing to travel abroad occasionally
