Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Technical and disciplinary management of a production team of approx. 30 employees
• Ensuring the line's specified targets in terms of productivity, capacity and on-time delivery while adhering to quality and work standards
• Operational management of the production line: determining capacity requirements and allocating existing capacities
• Support in the efficient planning, organization and control of production processes
• Ensuring a smooth process flow and continuous optimization of production processes to increase efficiency and productivity
• Collaboration with other departments and their managers to ensure a smooth flow of information and effective cooperation

Show your expertise

• Completed technical vocational training in the field of metalworking, e.g. industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, toolmaker, construction mechanic, with further training as a master craftsman or comparable qualification or equivalent experience
• Several years of professional experience in production
• High customer orientation
• Team-oriented and motivating personality with strong communication skills
• Independent and structured way of working
• Assertiveness, organizational skills and a willingness to solve problems
• Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts
• Experience in using MS Office applications, ERP knowledge an advantage
