Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Responsibility for the commercial processing of our national and international orders, from order creation to invoicing, in addition to technical processing
• Creation of delivery notes and proforma invoices as an interface to the shipping department
• Carrying out calculations, evaluations and analyses
• Creation of material calculations for export
• Preparation / procurement of commercial documents (guarantees, insurances, certificates of origin, etc.) in cooperation with the specialist departments
• Responsible for tracking receivables from our customers
• Processing of supplementary offers
• Administrative activities such as sending order confirmations, etc.
• Contact person for commercial and logistical issues internally and externally

Show your expertise

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or you have a degree in business administration
• You are experienced in the field of commercial and organizational order processing
• Confident handling of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.) as well as ERP knowledge are required
• Basic knowledge of VAT would be an advantage
• You have also knowledge of VOB/BGB
• Advanced skills in English and Germany language (verbally / writing)
