Manager (m/f/d) Commissioning for BioPharma Projects

In this role, you are responsible for group management as well as commissioning activities and tasks within complex EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects or sub-projects for production facilities and buildings in future-oriented industries such as pharmaceuticals and food.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of our commissioning team, including conducting employee discussions, deployment planning, and proposal participation.
• Development of process plans for (partial) project commissioning.
• Verification of all activities undertaken for quality and completeness.
• Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and progress monitoring of the commissioning plan.
• Synchronization of commissioning plans with construction progress.
• Clarification and management of interfaces between various technical systems, as well as different disciplines on the construction site during commissioning.
• Support for the executing trades during commissioning. Responsibility for documentation during commissioning.

Show your expertise

• Experience in the commissioning or installation of technical systems, including process, supply, automation, building, and electrical engineering.
• A completed technical or craft-related education in construction, as an electrician, or a mechanic.
• Initial leadership experience in projects or as a group leader in the commissioning of projects within the plant construction sector is desirable.
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and qualification/validation is advantageous.
• Willingness to stay at the project site for an extended period, and readiness to travel.
• Independent and customer-oriented work approach.
• Good Team spirit and communication skills.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
