Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Specialist project management for the implementation of the building automation discipline
  • Planning and calculation for the performance content of building automation for projects in e.g. the area of cleanrooms in the semiconductor industry
  • Creation of specifications and acceptance of plants and systems of building automation as well as monitoring systems and their electrical systems
  • Integrative planning in the interdisciplinary network of MEP disciplines
  • Risk analysis to determine system requirements, technical calculations to determine energy requirements and manufacturing costs, system solutions for the implementation of user requirements and inventory for the preparation of specifications
  • Coordination of and negotiations with subcontractors as well as interface coordination to the customer between all stakeholders 
  • Comparison and analysis of different technical solutions during project execution from a technical and economic point of view
  • Ensuring compliance with economic objectives and technical specifications

Show your expertise

  • Completed studies as an engineer of supply engineering, electrical engineering or any comparable technician training with a focus on building automation or supply engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in the planning and execution of projects in the field of building automation - but we are also happy to give lateral entrants from the field of electrical engineering and/or supply engineering a chance!
  • Good knowledge in the field of electrical and supply engineering (heating, air conditioning, ventilation) as well as MSR/BMS 
  • Cross-process knowledge in the field of technical building equipment and EDP as well as knowledge in the application of DIN EN ISO 16484
  • Fluent German and good knowledge of written and spoken English 
  • Mobility and readiness for project-related on-site assignments
