Construction Supervisor - Cleanroom (m/f/d)

Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for construction activities and tasks within complex EPC projects or sub-projects for production plants and buildings in the industries of the future such as semiconductor, photovoltaic or battery. Currently we are looking for qualified and enthusiastic candidates with experience in the field/trade cleanroom/dryroom.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Construction management of high-tech industrial projects
• Ensure quality, procedures, and workflows on the construction site
• Coordinate construction activities and subcontractors
• Coordinate and review construction progress
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations
• Review and approve on-site measurements
• Participate in daily coordination and toolbox meetings
• Participate in site inspections and acceptance inspections
• Defect recording and tracking

Requirements

• Relevant education in construction, ideally in the field/trade of interior construction. First experience in the field of clean room/dry room construction is an advantage
• Professional experience in construction supervision of investment projects
• Good knowledge of building laws, local regulations and standards
• Good MS Office skills
• Willingness and ability to travel and stay on site for extended periods of time
• Independent and service-oriented work style as well as good communication skills
• Very good written and spoken German (C1/C2) for smooth communication with partly exclusively German speaking staff and authorities. Knowledge of English is an advantage
