Your place of work will be Nuremberg and we offer this position as a part-time position. 

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Administrative support for project management

• Independent preparation and follow-up of our regular service projects

• Evaluation and logging of measurements in the pharmaceutical cleanroom area

• Compilation of documentation for the customer

• Document processing (scanning, filing of documents)

• Planning and organizing service assignments for our employees

• Cooperation with interfaces involved in the project

Show your expertise

• Successfully completed training, ideally with professional experience in the technical field

• Good understanding of technical contexts

• Structured, careful and independent way of working

• Communication and teamwork skills as well as a high service orientation 

• Very good MS Office skills, especially Word and Excel

• Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
