Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Deeply understand hiring needs; partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Carries out effective planning of all recruitment needs to ensure that vacancies are filled in a timely manner;
- Evaluates the most effective recruitment channel(s) for every job vacancy at the lowest cost possible;
- Maintains complete database of all potential candidate profiles and ensures easy retrieval of such records;
- Acts as super user of TA system;
- Ensures that management approvals are given prior to commencement of recruitment process;
- Screens and shortlists suitable candidates within targeted timeline;
- Takes follow up action on arrangement of interviews, conduct of interviews, job offers, etc.;
- Conducts background and reference checks of candidates;
- Prepares offer package and seeks approval prior to hiring;
- Negotiates on offer terms with potential candidates;
- Keeps track on recruitment budget vs costs and ensures that expenditures are within budget;
- Takes on ad-hoc projects as assigned;
- Ad hoc duties as determined by management
Show your expertise
- Degree in Business, Human Resource or any other relevant Discipline or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience
- TA experience in any type of industry
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages
