Mechanical Supervisor

To plan and coordinate all mechanical process systems works relevant to his/her area. This will include overseeing & reporting on the work of our subcontractors

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Report directly to Area CM ensuring that systems works are properly planned and executed to meet the project requirements 
• Attending whiteboard meetings and coordinate Sub-Contractors to ensure base line schedule is maintained and accurately
• Ensure all sub-contractors submit all relevant documentation required to commence work in accordance with the MWG EHS / QA / QC project systems.
• Ensure records are maintained on a daily basis throughout the duration of the project.
• Close out the works in accordance with close out project procedures
• Supervising Sub contractors on site
• Ensure that all project safety requirements are met and adhered to
• Ensure that on site instructions from Client’s authorised personnel are being recorded and managed
• Performs routine inspections of site equipment
• Monitor safety process of contractors, ensuring compliance with Regulations.
• Oversee completion of closeout documentation.
• Prepares/reviews reports and forecasts, including summary of construction progress
• Keeps project management informed of project status, highlighting deviations from plans
• Prepares/reviews schedules, construction methods and procedures as assigned

Show your expertise

• 10+ years construction experience in Pharmaceutical / Semiconductor / Data Centre industry
• Mechanical Experience is advantageous
• Building degree or HND/HNC qualification preferred
