Supply Chain Expeditor (m/f/d)

Are you an enthusiastic Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on expediting / deadline tracking and ready to join our team and actively support our fast growing business? Our focus is the on-time delivery of all components for the plant construction of large EPC / EPCM projects. Therefore, in this key position a technical understanding, material knowledge and strong communication is key to success.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Tracking of the timely, complete submission of the contractually agreed deliverables of the supplier
• Responsible for the period from the order/contract award up to and including delivery on site and working closely with the engineering team until final acceptance
• Close coordination with project team including but not limited to procurement, commercial, engineering, quality and scheduling
• Proactive development, enforcement and follow-up of solutions to secure endangered delivery dates
• Requirement and evaluation of material deadline lists, production plans and progress reports as well as identification of production focal points and critical date chains
• Desk tracking and on-site supplier visits to review and ensure project progress
• Securing of delivery dates, also for technical and commercial documents
• Solution-oriented interface management between internal and external trades inclusive reporting

Show your expertise

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, engineering, mechanical engineering or commercial/technical training or similar

• Good technical understanding and general knowledge of equipment manufacturing processes or construction/planning

• Initial experience in evaluating schedules, technical documents and general progress reports an advantage

• IT skills, especially MS Office and SAP MM

• Fluency in spoken and written German and good knowledge of English

• Very strong communication and organizational skills

• Willingness to travel

• Self-confident appearance, ability to work in a team and decisiveness
