We are looking for a talented Quality Engineer (m/f/d) in Dresden to support the Head of Quality Management in the implementation of the quality management system in our engineering process. Among other things, you will ensure that all engineering services meet customer requirements and international standards.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Support the Project Quality Manager in the development of an effective quality strategy and the systematic implementation of current quality methods and processes related to engineering activities.

• Promote quality awareness and awareness of technical requirements and guidelines and customer requirements in all Exyte projects and Exyte companies.

• Improve the quality of our engineering deliverables and services through close interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external interfaces, suppliers and customers.

• Collaborate on improvement initiatives and experiences related to engineering processes.

• Participate in project review meetings to ensure quality engineering requirements are understood; participate in engineering project meetings to ensure quality requirements are addressed.

• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for Quality Engineering; analyze KPI trends to identify areas for improvement.

• Prepare and execute the internal and surveillance audit system as required.

• Support interdisciplinary root cause analyses (RCAs) with significant involvement from engineering.

• Manage engineering observations and non-conformances to ensure timely closure.

Show your expertise

• Ideally a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field

• You have audit skills with a qualification as an auditor according to ISO 9001:2015

• You have several years of experience in quality assurance / quality control

• Extensive experience with EPC/EPCM projects

• Advanced knowledge/experience in the implementation of quality management systems is helpful

• Good computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications and SharePoint
