Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • You create the planning, design, and cost estimation of electrical systems in high-tech facilities within the semiconductor or BioPharma and Life Science industry
  • In close collaboration with our customers, you clarify technical details for facility modifications or expansions and present our solutions
  • You prepare execution documents (e.g. drawings, functional descriptions, technical specifications, and bill of quantities) for the procurement of assembly and planning services and clarify questions arising during execution
  • In your role, you consider budget, quality and scheduling requirements, and support project management in developing and potentially adjusting the project schedule
  • You coordinate subcontractors, ensuring the highest quality of implementation and compliance with safety, health, and environmental protection requirements
  • You define and coordinate interfaces, ensuring a reliable flow of information internally and externally
  • You participate in meetings, factory acceptance test and on-site acceptance tests
  • You accompany the installation of electrical systems

Show your expertise

  • You have successfully completed a degree or technical education in electrical engineering or possess another equivalent technical qualification
  • Ideally, you have 2-3 years of professional experience in the planning, construction, maintenance, or commissioning of electrical systems
  • You are proficient in common PC programs and MS Office applications
  • Ideally, you have experience in the field of high-tech facilities, such as the semiconductor or BioPharma industry and knowledge of specific design and calculations, including:
    • Lighting calculations (DIALUX, Relux) for normal and emergency lighting.
    • Planning of cable routing systems (ladders, cable trays, etc.)
    • Planning of busbars including junction boxes for power distribution
    • Lightning protection and surge protection
    • Integration of ATEX explosion protection requirements into relevant systems
  • You are familiar with relevant technical standards, regulations and codes
  • You enjoy working in an international team and speak fluent German and English
  • Teamwork, initiative, dedication, and a high degree of flexibility (e.g. travel to customers, suppliers and construction sites) are natural for you
