Discover an exciting role within our growing HR Operations team! As a Senior HR Operations Specialist (m/f/d), you'll play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our HR processes.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring the adherence of best practice policies and employment legislation
• Operational management of the scope of work defined in our HR service catalogue, handling employee inquiries, HR Operations Tickets
• Support of employees and managers regarding HR queries as well as administrative implementation of those
• Knowledge transfer and organization of learning within the HR operations team
• Collaborating with various teams on implementing new technologies and processes
• Operational support of specialized HR departments (HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management) 
• Contributing to global and regional HR projects

Show your expertise

• Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on human resources
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational HR
• Deep understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Ability to quickly gain knowledge and translate it in precise advise on standard policies and procedures
• Commitment, teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work across departments and countries
• Proficient in Office 365, knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
