Senior Project Procurement Manager (m/f/d)

You represent the procurement & subcontracting management (PSM) organization in the project management team and functionally lead all PSM activities for your project. You can make the difference. Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Setting up and maintaining the procurement execution plan in conjunction with the project execution plan

• You define and coordinate all sourcing, purchasing and expediting activities for your project.

• You functionally lead a team of project procurement staff and monitor supply chain performance, ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and support negotiations of claims, change orders and variation orders.

• Your responsibilities include expediting the timely delivery of goods, materials, and services

• Regular status and KPI reporting to the functional leads and project management

Show your expertise

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or engineering

• You have profound project and procurement experience in large scale construction and technical plant engineering projects

• You have a high level of commercial awareness to serve as your compass to guide your day-to-day work

• You have a fluent level in spoken and written German (at least B2) and good knowledge of English

• You are experienced in working with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) and SAP (benefit)

• You have a mindset to act, deliver results and collaborate across the organization

• You actively take decisions and take ownership for the choices you make

• You are open to work in dynamic projects and welcome change as a chance to grow
