To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) who is enthusiastic and can provide our managers with advice and support as a proactive sparring partner on all topics relating to the employee life cycle.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Proactive sparring partner for executives in a defined support area in all HR and labor law issues
- Coordination of the qualitative and quantitative personnel requirements with the respective departments as part of forecast and budget planning
- Coordination of individual personnel development measures with the respective departments
- Implementation of individual personnel measures
- Support and participation in strategic and organizational change processes
- Trusting and constructive cooperation with our works council and other internal and external stakeholders
Show your expertise
- Successfully completed business studies with a focus on human resources
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position as HR Business Partner (m/f/d)
- Sound knowledge of labor and social security law as well as HR processes
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP HCM knowledge
- Organizational talent, sense of responsibility and a high degree of flexibility
- Ability to work in a team, friendly and confident demeanor, high social competence and excellent communication skills in German and English
