Explore your tasks and responsibilities

- You are responsible for contract-related correspondence in connection with notifications of concerns and obstructions to customers and contractors/suppliers
- Participation in construction meetings on site and corresponding derivation of To Do s iZm performance changes towards customers and contractors
- Evaluation and negotiation of supplements in terms of reason and amount
- Daily exchange with the senior site manager on site in order to implement appropriate contractual measures vis-à-vis the contractors
- Preparation of escalation issues for the project management

Show your expertise

- University degree, engineering, economics, etc. etc. ...
- Several years of experience in project management, construction supervision, construction management or claims management
- Very good knowledge of contract and supplement management, construction management aspects and construction time extension claims 
- Technical understanding of plant construction and scheduling
- Knowledge of BGB contract law and an affinity for processing by enforcing contractual aspects in writing
- Mobility (at least 4 days a week on the construction site) 
- Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure and flexibility as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent German
