Construction Supervisor - Graduates & Juniors (m/w/d)

We are currently looking for enthusiastic graduates and junior candidates who would like to start their career in construction management with a focus on one or more of the following trades:

MEP - CSA - Process System - Instrumentations & Controls - Cleanroom - Clean Protocol - Life Safety -  First Aid / Security - Waste Management

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Construction management of high-tech industrial projects
• Ensure quality, procedures, and workflows on the construction site
• Coordinate construction activities and subcontractors
• Coordinate and review construction progress
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations
• Review and approve on-site measurements
• Participate in daily coordination and toolbox meetings
• Participate in site inspections and acceptance inspections
• Defect recording and tracking

Show your expertise

• Relevant education in construction, ideally in the above mentioned trades
• A Plus (but not necessary): initial professional experience (e.g. during an internship or as working student) in (partial) construction supervision
• Good MS Office skills
• Willingness and ability to travel and stay on site for extended periods of time
• Independent and service-oriented way of working as well as good communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English (C1/C2), both written and spoken, to ensure smooth communication with staff and authorities, some of whom are exclusively German-speaking
