Senior Director Project Control

The Senior Director Project Controls responsible for providing day-to-day support for projects as well as strategic operational planning. Develops systems and processes for Project Control disciplines of cost and revenue forecasting/reporting, fiscal data integrity, change management, budgetary contingency management, contract business process compliance, maximizing margin, project stakeholder’s interface, scheduling and facilitation and resolution of issues that may affect project financial objectives.

- Participates on the development of the operations plan, and performance tracking against set targets
- Identifies new ways of working and lead the change to improve and cost efficiency
- Anticipates issues/barriers versus project plan and develop appropriate actions in support of business goals/aims
- Understands and applies the skills necessary to play an active role in constructing basic financial frameworks, managing project budgets, and following up on project metrics
- Demonstrates and shows others the Company values and behaviors necessary to drive business results
- Openly accepts feedback and new perspectives for self-development
- Delivers portfolio performance progress weekly/monthly/ad-hoc reports
- Provides leadership and drive a KPI driven performance
- Performs risk-analysis /forecasting and mitigation plans for projects portfolio in order to minimize any negative impact on Company
- Promotes a safety culture within the team and others. Ensure all activities are executed under the safety of all involved, as well as the safety of the community and environment

Minimum Required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required Master’s or additional degree preferred
- 20+ years of experience
- Strong self-starter and self-directed characteristics
- Ability to properly identify, assess and resolve problems and/or issues
- Exhibits a high sense of personal motivation and urgency
- History of developing and sharing best practices
- Experienced in developing and maintaining close relationships
- Absolute commitment to ethical business standards
- Ability to demonstrate collaborative working relationships with peers and foster the same with direct reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
- Experience working with corporate decision makers and managing negotiations is a priority
- Previous operations experience for the semiconductor industry or similar high-tech manufacturing construction is preferred
- Previous experience in an EPC environment providing budgetary and financial oversight and management for large projects in the range of $500M
